Located inside Westin Bayshore this cafe is a hidden gem ! Delicious smoothies and coffee with several alternative milk options to chose from. Multiple breakfast/ lunch snack including few vegan choices. Vegan chia pudding was really good and filling to keep me going for the rest of the day. All of this at really honest prices. The highlight is without doubt very friendly and motivated staff walking extra distance to help and make your day ! I usually avoid overpriced hotel establishments, but this one is just as it should be. Strongly recommend as good heathy option compared to hotel restaurants.
The coffee is ok. The pastries are excellent. The blood orange cruffin was soo good. 😋
Came with a small group and ordered hot drinks. I ordered a London fog which tasted wonderful on a cold day. Service was excellent, quick and drinks were delicious!
The ladies working were wonderful – thanks Jill & Natasha! They went above and beyond, even helping me with something I forgot, after I made an offhand comment about it to my colleagues.
Ordered a vegetarian wrap (and confirmed twice when going through the order) and was given a wrap with bacon in it. I don’t eat meat so this would’ve really hurt my stomach. When I took a bite and saw it had meat, I brought it back, said I’m sorry but I can’t eat meat and this wasn’t what I ordered.
The lady with the tattoos ripped the wrap from my hand and the woman with the lashes who originally took my order remade it and not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge that it was their mistake. Really rude and poor service here. Also my chai latte wasn’t very good either
This is my second time staying that the Westin Bayshore in 2 weeks. All I can say is I wish I had stopped at T&Co the first day because I wouldn’t have had breakfast anywhere else. The banana bread is by far the best I ever had, and we all know banana bread was perfected during the pandemic!! The chocolate croissant was flaky and warm and my husband devoured the chocolate chip cookies. The staff I would give a 20/10 if I could. Not only do they recognize you when you arrive in the AM prepping your “regular” but they are also incredibly funny, and delightful to engage with. This morning was our last in Vancouver and I told my husband that I was going to buy an entire loaf of the banana bread. Yes I’m crazy!! When we got there the girl just looked at me without me saying anything and said “we are sold out”. I think she was just as devastated as I was. The look on my face I’m sure was as if someone had just taken my cats away from me. The girl just said “I have one end piece left ?” And without even considering it I just yelled yes !!! Now don’t get me wrong we also purchased cookies and croissants because they are equally as delicious but what made this small hotel coffee house truly stellar was the customer service. The personalized feel you got when you walked up, the attention you were given and the pleasure it was to interact with them. I can’t say enough good things about them. Just go, don’t walk, run and do it before 3 pm daily 🙂
