Terrible experience. Absolutely no customer resolution. Disgraceful communication. Not once did the phone get answered and the web chat it horrendous. Spent £40 on coffee and nearly a month later I’m still waiting with no coffee and no refund!!! Appalling. Do not use!
Avoid! I put in an order weeks ago and haven’t received anything. I have emailed numerous times with no reply and no one is answering the phone so I can’t even get a refund. It seems like a scam.
Had a really nice coffee just passing through, service was exceptional and staff were extremely polite. Deffo going to go back!!
