The Colombian Coffee Bar & Roastery – Parkallen

Wake up, walk in and smell the coffee… and the fresh pastries, including columbian guava croissants, moist scones, delectable cookies and muffins. bring them home or enjoy them on their delightful outdoor patio space. alongside more familiar beverages this is establishment offers pour overs a type of coffee that was not familiar with but I was so happy to be acquainted with. Made in such a way so that the underlying flavor notes of the coffee are truly brought to the forefront in a way I thought only tea could really accomplish… quite astounding. service atmosphere ambience was perfect, need I say more?… or perhaps less rereading this I can see I’m gushing so hard it may be mistakenly believed that I’m some sort of shill for this joint. But alas I was happy they took my money; well spent.

I love all the Colombians. This one is in the quaint Parkallen neighborhood. It’s a teeny indoor space but the quality of food and service is superb.

There is a giant space in the back that’s great for gathering when the weather is great.

It’s a beautiful compliment to the other shops in the area. I am so glad that the franchise is doing well.

Delicious coffee, friendly staff! I missed my Vancouver latte and this hit the spot. A gem in the community. The breakfast bagel was also tasty and had a fresh egg!

I found this spot by chance and it really is an incredible little coffee shop, excellent cappuccino and the food is delicious as well. The service was top notch Katie and Hannah both gave excellent service.

The Cortado might’ve been the best coffee I’ve ever had, can’t wait to go back!
