Best pie I’ve had in New Zealand! Love the shabby chic vibe, retail shop and an option to sit in the enclosed cozy verandah space. Service is friendly and toilets are nice and clean. Will definitely come back and make this place a must stop destination during our out of town trips 🙂

Great food and friendly service! We were happy to find this place after a long hike at the Putangirua Pinnacles Scenic Reserve! Cool spot with outdoor seating and a gift store.

Nice late lunch. Caramelized nuts too sweet in the sandwich for me, but really nice to have a veggie option and loved the other sandwich contents. Good coffee. Service friendly but indifferent. Got the feeling everyone was looking forward to closing, although this was 90 minutes before closing

A small aesthetically pleasing cafe and gift store. Friendly staff. Little options for the food selection but there are all so good in every bite! The steak and cheese pie was the highlight. They have the indoor and outdoor table to chill and enjoy the vibes there. Love the atmosphere! Great place to hang out with friends and family. They also sell clothings, organic stuff, souvenirs, and vintage stuff. Worth the visit!

My second visit and it was just as awesome as the first. The staff are fab, super friendly and calm. Food is amazing – I literally came back for the cheese scone. Will be back whenever in the area.
