Totō Cafe

At around 9.16am on 13.02.2024 the lady gave me a burnt scone with butter on it. Why would u give me a burnt one with black parts on the scone. U saw it was burnt and u buttered it and served it. Why would u do this? The coffee was good but the scone bad, it was like she got mad cause we asked where the scone was as they gave us the two coffees first.

We got a coffee, an egg and bacon pie and a cheese scone from Toto and everything was excellent! So sad they’re only open mon-fri as we won’t be able to stop in before we go home on Sunday 🥲

We recently visited this lovely little cafe a couple of times whilst staying in Wellington for a week on holiday.The service is excellent and Lauren is professional, polite and a personable young lady/manager.We shared a chickpea salad that was very good…coffee was great…we will definitely return next time we are in Welly!Thanks to Lauren and her team! The coffee here is probably top 5 I’ve ever had in Wellington. So smooth, light, tasty – New favourite spot

Definitely recommend the banana bread and iced mocha! The vibe was super cute, I love that there’s an outside kiosk but still inside seating area with table service. I love that you can order from your phone, tho this wasn’t working when I went so hopefully it’s back up and running soon.
