I have been using their coffee machines for well over 5 years now. Yes, there have been ups and downs, but nothing is perfect. The engineers who come for repairs are great people with a lot of knowledge, polite, and professional.
Never had an issue with them in the 3 years weve used their machine. Their technician, Justin, travels a long distance to attend our machine. He’s lovely and professional. Very helpful in both person and on the phone. Highly recommend.
Very poor customer service. Wanted to get more information about the machine and called the team but the lady was rude over the phone and not helpful at all

Terrible after sales service. If you buy a machine you need to buy the tablets from UCC, which is fine but they never arrive after being ordered, and never an apology either. Avoid.
