Absolutely loved my experience at Unico Gelato & Caffé! The dark chocolate with pistachio ice cream was a delightful treat that left me craving for more. The flavors were amazing, and I can’t wait to come back for another indulgence 🍦

I have been to this shop many times …. Always being served around 8:30pm or even later …
Today I went to get my coffe as usual .. was told they close the coffe machine 1 hours before closure!!!! In rude manner will she turned her face and didn’t even looked at me !!!! Must be having bad day girl
Becouse it winter …
I don’t know what it means coffe shop if you close machine 1 hour before closing time … in rude manner .
Rude and disrespectful.

I tried a pistachio cheesecake in the store. It was delicious😋😋😋; then I bought one more to home for my daughter. One hour later, my daughter told me why I had bought her a cookie, not a cheesecake. When I looked inside the box, I was shocked and couldn’t stop laughing!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

One of the best gelato ice cream places in London, it’s quite convenient location , though the shop is pretty small, but there is outside sitting place. Staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit, got free test samples, bought some coffee and gelato later, I defined will come over again.

Really poor cross-contamination control for nut allergy folk. Nutty ones pouring over the side into other flavours. Spoons aren’t washed and mixed between flavours.

My partner had one and loved it though, but it is not recommended if you have allergies. Their allergen list means nothing when they’re actively putting the same spoons into each ice cream.
