I got there as they were building my online order. Mozza Burger came out cool to the touch. Should have been hot if not at least warm. Service was quick but burger was ok

Ordered the sausage egger combo with latte. (They were out of hashbrowns and coffee in the morning.) The sandwich was lukewarm. Fries was fresh but was too salty for my tastes, (I’ve been to other A&Ws before)

Worst service ever. 6 people and waited 15 minutes for chicken strips for my daughter. I was the only one there. Do not get food here. They did not even apologize.

Very convenient location, and being 24 hours, very helpful when u need to grab food at odd hours. Was there at 6+am, the Indian gentleman was patient and reasonably pleasant even when I fumbled with my orders. Food was ready super quickly – my sausage egg muffin & hushbrown were serviceable & consistent with what you would expect with a fastfood breakfast. The drink masquerading as ‘hot chocolate’ was a total failure. It was more like lightly cocoa-flavour lukewarm water. Needed something to wash my food down so forced myself to take 2 sips, but that was it. Just saw a review talking about how bad it was. Wish I had read it before my order. Another grouse – no dine in option at the time I went. Disappointing. I was lucky that my hotel was near.

I ordered food to dine in but was given take out in a bad way no cutlery, my beef Berger was stone cold.

I had to use the washroom it was in pathetic condition, I guess it was not cleaned at least for weeks. If washrooms aren’t cleaned just think behind the counter serving or food prep area.
