About this restaurants :
Upon my arrival, I sought to partake in your offerings by placing an order. However, prior to doing so, I urgently needed to utilize the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, I was impeded in this endeavor by a member of your security staff, who approached me in a manner lacking in courtesy.
The security personnel, without due consideration, insinuated that my sole purpose for visiting your establishment was to utilise the restroom facilities without making a purchase. This assumption was baseless and demeaning. I attempted to explain my intention to proceed with an order but was met with skepticism and unnecessary interrogation.
Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, the interaction with the security personnel persisted in a disrespectful manner. This behavior was deeply disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from your establishment.
Subsequently, I approached the shift manager, Mr. Dave, to address the matter and seek resolution. Regrettably, Mr. Dave displayed a lack of concern and failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation. As a regular patron of your establishment, I found this disregard for customer satisfaction unacceptable.
Furthermore, the conduct of the security personnel escalated to a point where physical contact was made, adding further distress to an already unpleasant experience. Such actions are not only unwarranted but also reprehensible, particularly within the confines of a reputable establishment such as yours.
In light of this incident, I felt compelled to share my experience and express my disappointment. As a customer who frequents your establishment regularly, I believe it is imperative to address such lapses in service quality.
Plenty of seating upstairs (until they close it) which is a bonus. Always staffed by security during the late night which keeps the worryingly drunk outside.
The restaurant design is reasonably iconic, sitting at the corner of Leicester Square, a stones throw from the tube station.

The place is clean and the toilet is a massive plus.
I recognised it was a hair in my bag in the food. One staff upstairs told me to complain. I went down, and the “manager” didn’t care.
To our surprise, the place was surprisingly spotless and quiet. Ah, the luxury of a calm Burger King! Of course, there was a desperate lady who had to utilize the aforementioned facility. I must admit, it wasn’t in the best shape, but hey, it’s working hard daily, so we can cut it some slack.
After taking care of our restroom needs, we decided to order some quick drinks. It wasn’t necessary, but we figured it was only fair since we made use of their facilities. The automated ordering desk was a breeze to use, and the service was kind and attentive. We sat there, sipping our drinks, watching the square slowly come to life with the first busker setting up. It was oddly pleasant, witnessing the awakening of the square.
When this place isn’t bombarded by hundreds of hungry souls, it’s actually quite a nice spot to unwind. So, if you find yourself in need of a burger and a clean toilet in the midst of the bustling Leicester Square, give this Burger King a go. Just aim for the quieter moments, and you might find yourself enjoying a surprisingly pleasant experience.
