About this restaurants :
£7.50 for a chicken legend. Non-Meal. Seems extortionate but it is what it is. Good seating options. You will need more sauce sachets than anticipated.. image below is two sachets worth. The entire team prepare your food with no gloves on. Can see them manually handling your food with their bare finger tips. Unsure if this is standard practise but fair play if it is. Pretty decent for a train station eatery. Food was fresh although fries were a little cold. Decent amount of seating but note there are no toilets.
It was lovely had Vegan Whopper was really nice for a minute i thought they it was actual meat😅 wnt back to verify at counter must say lovely and team was very supportive as well.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal to take away. Walked to my train only to find the burger was dry and stone cold, as were the fries. The hot chocolate was just about hot. Never again will I visit this store, and no way to get a refund when I live 30 miles away.
Just a note to thank the staff of Burger King, Waterloo last night. I was there with my son at about 10.20pm and they made sure we got our order in time to catch our train (10.30pm). Some of the customers were not very nice to the staff, which is why i am writing this review. My son and I appreciated your efforts and your ability to stay calm and polite when dealing with some very challenging customers.
