Burger King

Sadly another disappointing visit , having reas through others reviews it seems fron 2 years ago the same issues are still there …. do environmental health not check the hygiene of the location ? Floors are filthy , drinks machine well, not sure when that area last got cleaned no clean tables, if this is the standards the public see I dread to think of what goes in behind the scenes. The staff were having what seems like a play time laughing , pratting about and put music on which was louder than the restaurant music! We gave this place several tries but not again , we won’t be back KFC over the road has it all worked out.

Possibly the worst level of customer service I have ever received in a Burger King anywhere in the world. Avoid. If I ever feel hungry at these services again I will go next door to Subway

Touch screen is easy to use to order, you can add or remove any item except the bun it seems. I had to go to ask the staff member to remove it from my order. They did, and boxed my burger for me and provided a fork. Great service and food but the company should add this to the menu. ( Or make it more obvious if I missed it)

Food was good on our last visit. Service a bit slow on the drive thru, but it was late on New Year’s day.

We have stopped here before and tried to get food but found it closed even though we arrived within opening hours, and the staff fooling around inside.

Never had a Burger king at this new restaurant in Ross, so we thought we would give it a go. Went to use the ordering machine and at the point of payment it crashed! So we had to go to the counter to re-order which is a pain but hats off to the staff member he was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. But the food was sub par if I’m honest burgers seemed dry and tasted burnt, chicken nuggets were dry. Wasn’t a fan won’t visit again. Well done to the guy that served us though nice lad.
