Wednesday double whooper will be my last one here. I’m a truck driver after hard time to park, went in with uniform clothes to order! first wanted wash my hand a white lady aggressively asked me washroom only for customer when I explained she got even more aggressive and walked away from me. That’s happening 8pm
27 Mars. Never mind I been eating there all Wednesdays and always been meet respectful staff

Lady at window was very unhappy and unpleasant. She proceeded to inform us of how bad her day was going. Was not busy and I order a very small order. Drink was warm and ice machine broken which I found out after I paid. I kindly asked for a refund as I preferred not to have a warm drink she made sure to show her displeasure as if it was difficult to take 39 seconds and give me my 3 bucks back than rudely shut window and walked away.

I sat at the drive-through for seven minutes without being acknowledged. When I got to the window, my car was filled with the smell of marijuana, lol. My pop was warm with no ice. I’d ask for ketchup, and there was none and overall it was a baffling experience. Maybe they should have a manager on duty.

ORDER NO. 86, AUG 28, TIME 4:26PM.I frequently visit here to get myself Veggie burger. This time I got 3 hairs on my burger I called at store and the person on other side was not agreeing to this fact. It’s pathetic! I feel so disgusted after a long day of work and getting this kind of food. The thing is not about getting a free burger of 6$ it’s about how is the food made. Honestly I will not visit it again!

Worst service i have ever received.feels like employees are sleeping there instead of working .the whole store is empty and they still take 40 minutes to process a order.save your self and go to macd and tims or something else dont waste your time here.hope the owners see this and start firing their useless employees
