Burger King

I have the following feedback about the Burger King located in Marylebone Station. The customer service provided by the staff is poor, and the store environment is messy. The store manager seems to lack proper training and management skills. The station is always busy and needs a significant service improvement. The manager inappropriate language choices with employees and indifference to customers create a negative experience, which can lead to losing both current and potential customers. To address these issues, a thorough reevaluation of management and service practices is necessary.

Everything was as you would expect, average. Nothing particularly bad nor good. Decent if you are waiting or just got off of a train.

Staff Nargis serves very politely and nicely . Very quick with processing and dispatching .
Good service as always .

how comes you can’t order at the till?? never heard of that . I couldn’t use the machine. certifiable way to loose customers especially when the staff are unwilling to help and just chat amongst themselves.. the store wasn’t even busy i was the only customer

During my visit to London – I was travelling by train and thought to satisfy my little hunger so went to Burger King outlet on London maryborn station. Firstly the attendant there didn’t understand English properly – then When I asked for the veg options she couldn’t explain as she didn’t have the proper knowledge. Then I asked her to recommend best available veg option so she gave me the vegan burger which was so tasteless and expensive….overall worst experience. Only good thing I found was cheese chilly bites as side order – which saved me.
