Busy spot,,good food,steady flow of customers,only problem is tables are left with other people’s rubbish and food ,all sorts of dirty mess left behind,no staff member cleaned a single table in the 45 minutes I was there .Floor had food all over it ,it was unpleasant to see .

I simply ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers with a coke. The lady on the till got my order wrong 4 times as i requested the same thing over and over. My coke was presented as 7up and both of my burgers were ice cold. Cold patty with raw cold bacon and cold meat. I returned the 3 items much to the chagrin of the staff member. I watched as the cook put the burgers in the microwave and new wrapping then hand them back. Bad bad experience all round! Poor quality control and staff control. I wont be coming back again!

I got a discount voucher in the post so I put it to good use: €5 for a Whopper and fries, great value. The burger was OK, a thin pattie that tasted steamed (I could be unkind and say microwaved but I couldn’t see how they cooked it), the star of the meal was the portion of fries, super crispy. Good amount of mixed salad in the burger. Service was very efficient.

Every time I go in an order, a chicken wrap, only to be told that there are no chicken wraps as they are out of wraps, for over 4 weeks in a row how can you be out of wraps all the time. Then, to be given a chicken royal meal that was cold and disgusting. Before you even sit down, you end up cleaning the table and chairs. The amount of tables that were dirty, with no one sitting at them. It’s like no one cares about the cleanliness of the place.
