Burger King

It’s the third time now that I have placed an order on three different occasions, and when they give me my order, I then get on the train and see that they HAVEN’T included my chips, in any of these purchases which is paid for as an additional item. This is not only wrong but a very clever way of them getting money for nothing, as they know people are in a rush and when on the train can’t go back and complain. Very poor experience on three separate occasions. Not impressed!

I ordered on the app while on train. Went to collect and they are shut? But they let you still order??? There is nobody in there and all the lights off in their kiosk.

The staff member who I spoke to that works for the station said it has been shut a few weeks now and they have no idea why, or when it will open again. Had to apply for a refund and was left unhappy as I like my bacon cheeseburger.

Burger king still shows the store as open and so does google maps. Wont be using the app again, will order in person. Less hassle.

Anyone else has the same problem just go to mcdonalds outside the staion over the road. Right opposite burger king up the ramp.

I don’t mean to dunk on a Burger King that is clearly focused on incredible speed – such is the requirement of a busy train station – but I just ate the limpest bacon double cheeseburger of all time. How on earth the cheese managed to wilt on a burger this lukewarm I have no idea. A true miracle of science. And the bap was so dry I could feel it crawling down my throat. Fanta would have sorted that, had the cup not been 80% ice. A profoundly underwhelming snack from a branch which has always been reliable in the past.

Always quickly served, customers are treated brilliantly and staff understand the necessity for speed being in a station.

OMG paid 9 pounds for literally the worst burger of my life. The meat was uncooked and hard. Felt like my teeth would break. Never again!
