Burger King

Honestly I wasn’t gonna leave a review but now I’m forced to . This happened on 26/10/2023. We were on our way to London so was in a hurry and ordered some spicy mayo king chicken . Couldn’t open my food until I was on the train . And what did I see they completely messed up my order . They put bacon inside my sandwiches. For religious purposes we don’t eat bacon and when I saw this I was completely stunned . We didn’t have any other food with us and were extremely hungry . I am so disappointed with Burger King why would they feel the need to add bacon when we didn’t even ask for it . It’s not like the store was busy . No it was quiet but still they decided to make my order wrong . I even sent an email to the Burger King customer service but they did not reply to me . I am utterly disappointed. I wish I could do something about it . Seriously Burger King do better !!

One job… That’s all. One job. Ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger. Got something else entirely. Discovered when I got back to my office desk. So am I supposed to trapse back to your outlet to swap it? Thanks a bunch. One star is one star too many.

As a fellow Burger King employee I know how stressful it can be with plenty of orders coming through on the kiosks, I just wanted to say how well my order was handled and how quickly I received it. Bibin on front till seemed very friendly and had good communication with the other staff

The chicken burger was almost as cold 🥶 as an icicle 😭….very cold burger & a very very dry chicken burger 😢 …. I just wanted something hot to eat as it was so cold outside today in Manchester ………. the chips were very nice and hot! 😋 the cup of tea was hot! Customer service was good! Cheers John

It was 10.00pm quiet and 4 staff working. The door to the back was open (looking disorganised). Guy that saved us gave a dirty look when ordering and had no name badge. Service was poor. Food was dry (not tasty or as fresh) like previous visits.
