Burger King Carlton

No gloves when building Burgers no matter if you washed your hand or not shouldn’t be touching food. Restaurant manager need to pay attention your employees. Ordering bk chicken meal with extra bbq sauce cheese and onion rings didn’t ask for bacon I don’t eat bacon have to throw that burger luckily I have ordered an extra burger. Service no attention while taking order hygiene no gloves food incorrect order. Not returning to this branch.

Sometimes use the drive through when in need of quick bite. the food is to standard but want make special mention of lady with glasses who serves during the day. She is always super positive, friendly and effecient, a real credit to the store. She brings a bit of joy to her work and to me the customer. I hope management are looking after her as she is great.

Best BK! First road trip in Christchurch and we got lost! Thanks to the friendly staff and free wifi we were able to find our hotel. This became our spot while in Christchurch. Hot summer day Soft serves are the best! Better burgers in Christchurch than Auckland! That’s for sure! 5 out of 5! 🍦🍔 😊 🌟

11.15am Drive through meal was very disappointing! The maple bacon fried chicken burger was dry and the buns inedible. There was only four people eating inside so they can’t blame being busy for the poor quality of the food. The attitude of the person taking my order sounded to me that she would have rather still been in bed, so all up my experience was not pleasant. It only takes one bad meal to lose a customer. This has always been my treat but I can’t afford $23.40 for food I can’t eat. I honestly would not recommend.

Lots of signs but knowing where it is and where the entrances are helps to find from the non descript building.
Friendly staff that serve the food fast was great for a fast food service perspective. The tables were all well cleaned.
The toilets were very clean and did not smell.
Time out had a few video and luck games. Drive though was busy and seemed to be streaming through well.
