Burger King Moorhouse Ave

Stood waiting for ages ,as guy ignored us totally. So this is the famous Burger King customer service! Wanted to find out if Hash tag fries gluten free. When the person finally served us he told us to scan barcode on menu to see what the allergens were. Totally had no clue about the product. The hash tags were nicely fried in the chip bay which is not cross contaminated. Burger that my husband had was dry. Three staff stood out back laughing and shop area was empty @ 5pm. Definitely do NOT recommend. Management need to shake this place up. You must be paying huge rent on this space! Poor!

The place needs a really good deep cleaning with detergent. There’s grease on everything. The bathroom is not up to standard for an eating premises. It’s not a truck stop! Food was ok but I can’t see out in the prep area, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that needs a decent cleaning also.

Decent bk if you’re not in a rush. Both instore and drive through service is extremely slow. The staff make lots of excuses but move with no sense of urgency at all.

Terrible customer service today, got inside and stood at the cashier for a long time before someone finally served me. I asked to redeem a 6 digit code and he looked completely clueless. The manager came and then tried as well, but said apparently the internet is down or I am not a BK member when it clearly says I am a member at the bottom of the receipt since 2023. In the end, I gave up and just ordered 2x bbq rodeo combo and they somehow gave me a cheeseburger and some other random burger that I didn’t order. Do not come here!

The food is generally pretty good but there is a big issue with pricing. The beef patties in the normal size burgers such as the a
Double cheeseburger ($6-10)have gotten so small they now feel like a poor deal compared to the single pattie burgers ($2.50-4.00).
