Burger King New Plymouth

Horribly rude service – barely said hello at drive thru. I couldn’t imagine eating food off one of the indoor tables. Thought they forgot the lettuce in my burger until I lifted the lid…

Thought I would treat myself to some takeaways tonight and chose burger king. Instead of getting a decent meal, the food was cold, disgusting and for dessert was treated to food poisoning. I don’t know how many bad reviews you need to get from every aspect of your restaurant to actually listen and make changes. Wish I had thought to read the reviews and would’ve saved myself spending the rest of my night and early morning hugging the toilet. Do better BK.

Got burger King delivered to me. burger was missing, a drink was missing and my chips were soggy and cold like they had been sitting for over an hour. and i know they couldnt of gone that yuck and cold from when the guy picked them up to when he got to mine. now they are not picking up my calls! spent over $80 and now my poor children dont have their dinner to celebrate their win in soccer. very disappointed shouldve just gone to maccas #nothappyatall! 🙁

Ordered food for my 3 kids to have delivered. When food arrived half of food was missing.partner had to travel to store to get all the stuff missing. Instead got a refund and went to Macdonalds instead…haha..staff need to be more responsible and know there jobs, doesnt take a lot of smarts to check orders…NEW PLYMOUTH BURGER KING..

The fries were barely warm, the patties in the burgers were dry, and the drink wasn’t very cold either. Asked for bacon in my triple cheese burgers, which i never recieved. I think it’s time for me to give Burger King up. You can improve the face of Burger King but never the food. Or maybe it is just the New Plymouth store that is the worst store in New Zealand.
