Burger King .. Damn. I would give less stars if I Could .. this post is basically aimed at the Restrooms 🤢 . UGH! I needed to use the restroom and trust I am not expecting a golden bidet but some toilet paper at least? Or I know some sanitizer? Soap? .. i had to ask my sister to ask the manager for a roll of toilet paper to which she replies “oh the water isn’t working” .. we tried the water and indeed it was . She just handed the toilet paper to my sister to give to me.. I was waiting 10 minutes LOL . There are 4 stalls , 2 of which belong to Z station (key access I assume) and 2 to Burger King (key code access you must ask staff for, understandable). The person on the till seemed like she’d be elsewhere, same sis. Food was ok, it’s fast food , don’t expect much. I only bought something coz I wanted to use bathroom.
Take your own bog roll, sanitizer & soap if going here to dine in LOL that’s if the stall is vacant too, seems the one further to the right is reserved for staff (just an assumption) 👀
The toilets which are shared with the gas station were shocking and need to be cleaned up thoroughly. There was also rubbish swept into the corner. Looked like it had Been there all weekend
The worst experience in the fast food restaurant. Burger king seriously have to conduct a regular staff training or just replace all servers to robot.
I ordered the burgers through the app and set the arrival time 30mins before arrival.
I arrived at the counter and acknowledged by noone for a few minutes even they saw me standing at the counter. The guy at the counter took a while to double check my order when the order should’ve been done already. I didn’t say anything coz they could have been busy. Even though I didn’t even come at the peak hours. (8:20)
The food was ready after 10mins wait. Those people who came after me ordered later and received theirs before me. What a joke. And they didn’t even give me the drinks and I had to go back haha what a joke
Burgers were great. This one is better than the one from papakura. That was rubbish. I threw in the bin last time I went there. I am not a peaky person when it comes to food. I ate wixbeeks for dinner 3months.

Nice fresh food. No issues. Pleasant people. Couldn’t say much about the use of the toilets tho. They are always locked up.
Called in to have a meal before going to Waikaraka Park racing, noticed more seating has been added, BUT they have to turn drink machine off (after filling) because local homeless etc. help themselves (1 came & tried while i was eating). We used to have drink fountains once, from memory in Otahuhu. Otherwise a good expeience.
