Burger King Queenstown

Traveled late from Cromwell to Queenstown with my 2 children. Before leaving we checked the closed time, and it says 10pm. Upon arriving 40minutes later at 9.40pm with 2 excited but hungry children we were greeted at the voice box with a “we are closed!”. I replied “what? It’s not 10pm for 20 minutes, your close time said 10pm”. To which 3 staff members looked through the glass, down the drive through at me, and said nothing more. Very disappointed! If you said 9.30 to the public perhaps we would of decided to not travel 80minutes for absolute nothing. Interested if this lazy staff members or is this how you conduct your place of business. Look forward to the feed back

The manager that served us was extremely friendly and just happy to be there which made our experience better. I love all the plant based burger options and they were very tasty too. The bbq onion loaded fries are also a good vegetarian option too.

My family was on the drive in to make an order, it only took a minute to check what my kids wanted. Then suddenly the crew raised his voice and rudely told us to say our orders quickly. That time there was no long queue of cars behind us. So, we were all surprised by the rude behaviour of the crew who was taking the order for the drive through. It’s sad that we’re locals here and only lived few blocks away from burger king. We could have ordered from McDonalds but my kids liked the burgers at Burger King better. However, the crew was not friendly. We were not impressed with their attitude and customer service.

Just a really uncomfortable atmosphere inside the restaurant. The benches are made of plastic, the chairs are uncomfortable the corners of the restaurant are dark and the entire space is very loud echoey and open. It’s not clean and the staff isn’t particularly nice. At least the food is ok, but I wouldn’t come to this restaurant again

Ordered burger meals here , good size , free refill soft drinks, the tastes ca be better. Service is ok.
