Burger King Sylvia Park

Terrible service for delivery, pay an extra $1.20 for dipping sauce that never arrives, have received Kings nugget box with nuggets missing and what looks like the burnt food from the bottom of the fryer. Uber eats bags are sealed so we cannot blame the driver. These meals are for my kids which makes it all the more disappointing. Do not recommend.

For some reason ordering at the counter is a hard job for one of the employees?

I just went to the counter to order a Bubblegum Marshmellow Sundae (I know, how dare I) because Burger king doesn’t have them on their self service tills, I told the employee this. she cut me off and tried to point me to the tills then proceeded to roll her eyes at me? give me the attitude you want to receive obviously I clapped back and asked her if it was a hard duty because why are you giving me dirty looks and an attitude, the entire burger king was and is still quiet as I write this. The other employees were nice but this one employee definitely needs a nap or a pay raise to keep her in check. The ice cream was nice and so was the food I ordered, full stop

Worse burger experience ever and such a rip-off on Large meal combo, even smaller than small portions in other burger places. Never going there ever again!

Over 20 min wait in the drive through, no apologies given from staff for the long wait but this maybe B.K. thinks this is a good level of service.Can’t think of anything positive from this experiance.
