Chick-fil-A

This Chick Fil A is my favorite. The food is consistently fresh and great tasting. The service is always what I expect and more from Chick Fil A and the location is always super clean and organized. Vincent and the team are doing an awesome job. With the power being out in Pacifica, it was busy, yet they had us all taken care of and with a great energy. Top Chick Fil A in the Bay Area.

I come here semi-frequently, and the service is usually acceptable. The staff are generally ok, though sometimes they seem visibly annoyed with the existence of the customers. This wouldn’t typically be the cause of a negative review, but today I received an order that utterly blew my mind.

I ordered some spicy chicken sandwiches with a multigrain bun and extra pickles. I received, no joke, the buns un-toasted and still in their plastic bags, the chicken alone in the typical sandwich bag, and some plastic cups containing the pickles. I’m not sure what sort of managerial failure or personal failure on behalf of an employee who has no concept of what a cooked sandwich looks like occurred, but this is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any fast food restaurant. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I would’ve gone to a grocery store.

The only thing is that at nights there is a lot of people at the drive thru but I recommend it.

The food is really good and it is probably my favorite fast food. I’m a fan of chicken and I love spicy food too, so I always order the spicy chicken sandwich ! It has very crispy chicken, and it is a great place in general the food is fast and everything is going great.

We had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich & it was very good. We would have rated higher if their fries were crispier. They serve waffle fries but it is always too soft.
