Best experience here! We came from Montreal and were not disappointed one bit. The experience was beyond our expectations. Most amazing staff!! So friendly and kind. My kids even commented on how great they were. We will definitely be back.

This was a 10/10 culinary experience. From the extraordinary service to the fresh and tasty food, this Chick-Fil-A surpassed all our expectations. The fresh flowers and clean supply stations were an added bonus. The staff carried our food and placed it on the table before we even had time to sit. Overall, this felt more like a luxurious michelin star restaurant than a fast food chain. We would happily drive an hour and a half to eat there again and enjoy the new breakfasts that were give to us for free, thanks to the coupons. We took home 2 full bags of Chick Fil A 🐓🍔🍟🇺🇸🦅

The food was so good! The chicken was juicy and tender and the fries were great. I should have taken the 4 piece chicken tenders instead of the 3 piece, because the were smaller than I thought.
We went on a Saturday for lunch so it was full. We didn’t have to wait as a family was leaving when we were looking for a table. There is an indoor playground with is great if you have young kids. The service was quick and the staff was kind. I will be back next time I go to Plattsburgh!

Literally one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. Service was very fast, extremely friendly and helpful, they even brought the food to our table. The chicken burger and waffle fries were fresh out of the fryer and very tasty. The restaurant was big and clean which is not expected of a fast food joint. Overall, an amazing fast food spot.

Super friendly service! Staff and managers care about customers satisfaction. I only stood up to get something for my daughter, and a manager came up to us and asked right away how he could help! Really good service!! God bless!!!
