Chicken Hut

Absolutely horrendous, vomit inducing experience. If there was an option for minus stars and review 1 – this place would score -10000. Please AVOID for your health. Staff had no hygiene awareness (picking nose and scratching scalp) I ordered a wrap but they had “run out” of wraps so asked if I could have a burger instead. Which I agreed to – a 330ml can came with my meal which I asked for a 500ml bottle instead. Thought that was a fair trade off – MET WITH RUDENESS AND ANGER!! I cba to even write the rest. Threw the food in a bin, stunk and looked old. Avoid. Save yourself food poisoning.

So succulent; juicy; saucy. Best sauce selection around. Staff serving us was a chiller. Only wish i got masala on my fries. Chicken burger chips and a coke for 9 squid. London chicken shop style. Proper bargain. Proper tasty. Return customer.

Myself and my husband bought chicken burgers here last night and both burgers and chips smelled and tasted awful. We’re both sick in bed from the food today. Very unpleasant. Not sure what they’re doing, perhaps using old oil but I would recommend people to stay clear.

Reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend their spicy chicken fillet burger (the “spicy” bit is important)

Got my order wrong, called them and was greeted by a very rude woman who after a lot of convincing told me they’ll send the missing parts out to me. Never arrived. Terrible terrible experience and horrible customer service 👍
