What do Copenhagen’s visitors reviews this place?
I have to say this is the best place to eat in the area. The menu has something for everyone. I was in the area for 3 days and ate here about 5 times. The tacos are fantastic, fresh and great portions for the price. Fish is fresh, they have awesome variety of hotdogs. They don’t serve beer which is fine but perhaps only thing missing during the summer months. They have 2 spots to order items, 1 is for icecream and other for actual food. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Last year I got a chili cheese dog. I have been thinking of it ever since. You know when you try a place once, and it is amazing and you worry when you go back it won’t be the same? I am happy to say that that didn’t happen. So even though it would have been better if your bad relationship never happened, I am happy to say that it IS better that my relationship with footlong chili cheese dogs did happen.
I forgot to take a picture of the actual food, but I have attached a picture of my empty carton. Also my strawberry milkshake is in the corner there.
A hidden gem! A memorable experience is behind this unassuming but friendly yellow storefront. I love the unique menu. The tacos are delicious and you have to try the gritz pulled pork dish. It’s not often that I try something completely new… you tend to see iterations of many similar dishes. The gritz was a wonderfully unique experience made even more special by the fun picnic table vibe. They even have a well organized recycle program for restaurant waste. Oh and make sure you try the ice cream!
Phenomenal fresh cut nachos from this place! I added the pork and guacamole which I’d highly recommend. The garlic cream drizzle is delightful. The gentleman in front of me also recommended the perch tacos. Will have to come back to try them too! Lots of gluten free options on the menu.
We arrived at a busy time and did have to wait a little, but it was worth it. We shared one fish taco meal and a fish and chips with pickerel. They offer three different fish for your taste of mild, medium or strong ( I think that was white perch).
It was a nice evening and we sat out at the back and enjoyed the music and the atmosphere of other groups enjoying their food. The owners were tidying up and remembered my name, I was impressed and they are very nice. A nice end to a perfect day.
