What do Craves Poutinerie Belle River visitors reviews this place?
First time visiting Craves in Belle River, and I must say that I was very impressed from start to finish with this experience. The restaurant is easy to find, and it’s quite spacious. Wonderfully decorated on the inside and out.
The staff members were friendly and were great to interact with. We ordered a large Mexican, Perogi, and a Crave poutine. Everything was made hot and fresh, and tasted even better once we got home. It was delicious and filling, so definitely worth the cost.
Overall, highly recommend the poutine at this establishment. You won’t be disappointed. Will be back again to try out some new flavors.
So I don’t write reviews often, but I think this place needs my stars. I got a double bacon poutine, with house sauce it was amazing! Burger was great crispy bacon. And the desert Nutella with the funnel cake fries! All was worth every dollar! Will visit again and again 🙂
I decided to give craves another try, since the first time I wasn’t impressed. I placed an order for delivery. Once I received my order, I opened the box and noticed how dark the fries looked. I tried to eat it, but all I could taste was burnt fries. I’m not sure if they noticed the fries were burnt and they didn’t care because it was a delivery order. It’s really not hard to notice how dark the fries are. The food is inedible, in my opinion. Very disappointing
I saw the reviews about Craves Poutinerie and decided to give it a try. After driving 40 minutes, I was quite disappointed that the food wasn’t as amazing as the reviews claimed. I ordered the classic and the double bacon poutine. Some of the fries seemed overcooked. The gravy was nicely seasoned, but there wasn’t anything special about it. For the double bacon poutine, the bacon was quite over cooked and some pieces tasted burnt. The service was quite nice, but overall for the long drive and taste, the food is not worth it.
Cool redo from former restaurant.
I ordered the loaded Perogi poutine. However they mistakenly added chilly on top of my fries. (Under the progi’s) I am not a chili fan to say the least. I brought it up to the counter to show who I thought was the owner. (Might not have been) He looked at it and agreed it should not have been added. But then did nothing to correct the order. I went and ate the progies, but unfortunately threw out everything else. 😒 Not a great first impression.
