What do Eddie Rocket’s visitors reviews this place?
First time trying Rockets after it’s good reputation throughout Ireland .
The restaurant interior was located in a shopping mall food court , it was busy from table to table .
The food was good , a classic smash burger with very similar vibes to Five Guys . The meet was very juicy and the bun was good too .
I had the bacon burger meal .
I wouldn’t say it is anything special , however if you are looking for a classic burger I would suggest to come .
The service was good , the server was very polite and the food came out at a reasonable time .

very concern about the extremely rude behaviour of one of the staff at this restaurant in jervis st dublin. i got a pic of her that you can see attached here, ,(see her photo attached) first i notice is how rude she is being with some young ladies on front of me, yelling: “guys common”, as the moment i set foot inside to order, she requested me in a extremely rude way to “back up”, i did, then she gets an extremely rude attitude while getting my order, first i asked the food to eat in, i said ill get my food to the tables outside, she barked “NO, YOU ASK FOR EAT IN, YOU STAY INSIDE”, and literally proceed to cancel my order, i said “no, i did not tell you to cancel my order, ill eat inside no problem”, when to sit to wait for my order to arrive, she literally threw it to me on the table, in a so rough way that even the top of the burger fell next to the plate, i even feel sorry for her, as she is maybe stressed for the hard work of being stuck in a job she does not enjoy at all, at the point that even i left her a money tip when leaving so hopefully her mood change XD, but this type of behaviour is not acceptable, not for me honestly, as i dont mind to much, but for elderly people and kids that comes to this restaurant to eat and relax, this staff lady could turn it in a very unpleasent expirience anytime, i just want to warn you all about this incident, thanks 🙂
Came on lunch was fairly quiet. Seated and ordered writhing minutes.Bacon big boy garlic and cheeses chips. Unlike Malahide road perfectly cooked this time. Hot dog also better as it came on a nicer bun. It’s a chain so you would expect same ingredients across the board but not in this case. Would use this location again.
Do you like overpriced burgers that taste nothing but grease? Then definitely go here especially if you like grease dripping all over you with eat bite. There was so much oil that I thought america was gonna invade my plate. Also the nachos were pathetic.
Ate in this place earlier today. Was served by what appeared to be a manager named Michelle, she wasn’t very pleasant I ordered the student meal deal and asked whether I could order sweet potato fries instead she said yes, and then proceeded to charge me an extra euro for it without telling me that it’s extra. The ketchup on the side was empty and the pickles jalapenos and crispy onion had to be handled by hand as there was no tools to pick them up with other than that. Highly disappointed, more by the customer service than the actual food.
