What do Gordon Ramsay Street Burger – Edinburgh visitors reviews this place?
Excellent service with friendly and amicable waitstaff, but the burger and fries lacked any special flair. For the price, I expected something outstanding or wow-worthy, especially with Gordon Ramsey’s name attached. Cocktails were okay, but considering the cost, there are better options elsewhere.
Great food as you would expect and fairly reasonably priced. The staff were excellent and being dog friendly inside the restaurant was great. They had a nice waiting area and the wait wasn’t too long.
Great service and wonderful friendly staff. The food is phenomenal. We tried several burgers and each one is as good if not better than the other. Great place to eat and a great value as well
There are some very mixed reviews for this place but we had a good experience!
Arrived without a reservation and was advised by the friendly staff member that it would be roughly a 25-45 minute wait. As we were in no rush, we were happy to wait and sat in their bar area for a drink.
(The Sauvignon Blanc was some of the best I ever tasted!!)
After roughly 15/20 minutes we were then very kindly informed there had been a cancellation and were seated at a table.
Both opted for the £18 burger and Koffman fries. The butter chicken burger was absolutely delicious!
Great value for a lunch, perhaps a little on the small side if ordering at dinner time, but we left very happy. The staff did a great job considering how busy it was!
Great place for a good bite. It is pricey but it’s a Ramsay restaurant what do you expect. burgers were lovely and sweet potato fries were delish. The onion rings were phenomenal and elevated so well I still think about them 3 days later. Was my birthday lunch so I got a free sticky toffee pudding to go along with it and that was lovely. Staff were great my only concern was we had to ask 3 different people for tap water only to get it on the third time which is a bit weird considering it’s just water but couldn’t complain about anything else and would be back again
