What do Hanley’s Cornish Pasties visitors reviews this place?
Atmosphere:barely suitable for 2 customers at a time at the till. Midday and barely topping left in the self-service counter.
Service: felt like needed to be at work and then want to sell the food items. At least from my experience, maybe I came on the wrong day. Due to bank holiday.
Food:the hot dog on its own is very bland nothing like the advertised ”best hotdogs in Ireland “Chipstick helps a little bit the guacamole is remade in a squeeze bottle not homemade. And the rest of the sauces are in patch pocket size.

Small, cosy shop. Lovely staff, made to feel welcome. Great selection on offer of pasties, empanadas & even a really good vegetarian & vegan section which is such a bonus!
Authentic, fresh, hot and delicious!!
We stayed in Dublin for 3 nights and after eating lots of Irish food, we wanted something different without spending a ton. This place was steady/busy during the early-dinner hours, and the server said at night the line is out the door until 4am!
We ordered 2 pasties and they were both really good. The hotdogs looked good too, but the condiments had been sitting out all day. They even had a ton of groceries available for purchase and we saw a handful of people come in just to buy their flour.
There was hardly any seating, so I would recommend ordering take-away (to go). Great location for walking around the Temple Bar area. Very fair prices.

Thank you Hanley’s! Your Cornish pasties are so good. Fairly priced. Great quick service too. In the 1980s while living in Devon I bought Cornish pasty for 60 pence, and they filled my poor student stomach often. I haven’t had a real one since, until walking through your doors. Everybody should try one.
Very tastie pasties! And filling too! I had a traditional and a mushroom for lunch. They were both delicious, and unexpectedly filling. One was plenty. Not sure if I could pick just one to eat. I was impressed with the selection of fillings, which includes veggie and vegan options, versions that I suspect were not available in the ole coal miners lunch pails.
