Let’s get something straight right from the get go: you’re not coming here for the food, it’s mid at best. You’re coming here for the atmosphere, the spankings, the giant novelty drinks, the weird remixed music videos etc. All of that stuff was great. Fries were decent enough but that burger needs work. It was super well done and unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it so I had to get spanked. Overall, a fun experience though that you should stop in and try if you’re ever on Fremont street. I couldn’t finish my food so I got spanked but don’t be scared of getting spanked, it doesn’t hurt at all and just adds to the experience.
Tried the Heart Attack Grill today!!! You gotta wear a hospital gown and be served by nurses and if you don’t eat all your food then you have to get a paddling!!! My wife couldn’t finish her food but she didn’t want a paddling so I finished eating her food and didn’t finish mine and took the paddling for her lol… the burger was actually really good!!! They also serve wine in a IV bag and then alcoholic slushy in giant syringes… the down side is they only accept cash no cards and I was turning around to leave when my wife said hey remember I won on that slot machine last night so I have cash so we lucked out there
Go there for the experience not so much the food. Don’t finish your food you get spank! Waitress were very fun and interactive with us and other customers. Overpriced hamburgers, hot dogs.and drinks. If you weight over 350lbs you can get an all you can eat Single bypass burger (no sharing)but you have to buy a drink everytime you order to get (free) burger.
A must visit when in Vegas! Very controversial and not everyone’s cup of tea but whilst on a stage do we went for dinner. Prices are good for the location and really good quality food. Make sure you finish your meal though or you get spanked by the waitress!

The food is so big that you may not be able to finish it. If you don’t finish it, the nurses will give you a spanking. It’s all in good fun, definitely a great place for everybody. The drinks are a total gag. Some of them come in gigantic syringes. Some of them come in IV bags as you can see in the photos.
