Hero Certified Burgers

Was a great experience the food came quick and the staff brought the food to us as we waited which was very pleasant.

Fries were crispy and fresh.
The burger was dressed well and flavourful. Would recommend this location

The burger patty isn’t special but the toppings and buns are great!! Service was very good and milkshake has the perfect amount of brain freeze.
The counter staff are also very polite and kind to the pickup drivers. I don’t see that often.

Had signature burger with combo.
Fries well done 8/10.
The burger was kinda dry, no mayo, meet good. 5.6/10.
Meatless crispy chicken 6/10.

Atmosphere nice, just fan was blowing the air on my had 24/7.

The cashier gentleman was really helpful, he was single handedly managing the front and back of the kitchen but that didn’t impede on his customer service skills. We asked for a vegetarian burger suggestion and he very gracefully suggested the right patty and the toppings that would compliment it.

Based on his suggestion we ended up getting the Vegetarian Crispy Chick’n Burger with Onion Rings. It was delicious, would go there again.

Service was great. Was able to swap my burger after the initial choice when I changed my mind. There was a homeless man coming in and I paid his meal. It got a bit odd with security coming in and the homless man only took his drink and left saying he’ll come back.

I took my burger to the hotel nearby and didn’t see the homeless man anywhere when I left the premesis. Burger was tasty but over cooked and a bit dry. Not worth the 4.x review.

But good for late night food!
