In-N-Out Burger

First time here and ordered at the drive thru. The guy who took our order was very efficient and nice, we came almost noon time and quite some cars were ahead of us but he was able to put in our order quickly and we got the double double burgers and drink in record time. The burgers taste is better compared to the big burger chains but a bit salty for me though. Excellent pricing! Overall a nice experience.👍

My first trip to California. I was really excited about this experience. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the food at all. My bun was hard and burned. I didn’t taste the sauce. The fries tasted very strange like fried cardboard with salt. The ice tea ???. It was just really not good at all. However the experience was excellent and the customer service and kindness of the employees 10 stars for workers and 0 for the quality and taste of the food. Would not recommend..this is my truth and my own personal feelings no harm intended just honesty. Have a blessed week..

Almost the worse food I ever had! Super busy but fast, fries were cold, no salt, bun on the burger was burnt and hard like it had been microwaved! Burger hardly had any taste….i had to put catsup on it just to make it edible! If it wasn’t a last minute meal after a LONG DAY, I would have taken it back to the restaurant! The best thing about the meal was the drink! Even the parking lot was a hot mess! Never again!

Good food, great location, very slow service. Plenty of parking and they have a drive thru. I’ll be back✍️

My spouse from CA was thrilled to be back and to get an in-N-Out animal style. She was very happy

They do a great job of keeping the menu simple and using fresh ingredients. We had to wait a long while for our order since the location was extremely busy. They got our order right including details like extra crispy fries.

The burgers were good. The toppings were fresh and had appropriate amounts and coverage.

The milkshakes were also a major positive.

The major negative was the fries. My children hated them. I thought they had no taste. The well done were crunchy but well done or regular were flavorless. I have never seen my kids refuse to eat fries. The fries were hot and a salt packet was provided so we could salt them to preference.
