Visited here for my first time on Leeds Light Night, so it was very busy and a long wait. My partner who’s been a few times before said it’s usually fairly quick.
We ordered a variety of fried chicken from the menu, as well as chips and a bubble tea.
You choose what seasoning you want on each portion of fried chicken. This was the main let down for me, I could barely taste any of the seasoning. Again, partner said it’s usually not like that but nevertheless, disappointing.
I’d still go again as the chicken was nice. They do not offer enough dips/ sauces. It’s more of a dry fried chicken than an oily kind, so for me it really needs sauce, especially with the chips. It’s also quite expensive. I’d try it again.
Just popped in for a quick snack. The place had a nice feel to it, friendly lady behind the counter took my order and it was ready 5/10 minutes later, it was cooked fresh for me. Only had the chicken wings, but looking at what was been eaten in the seated area looked great. My wings were very crispy in a light (I’d say almost tempura like) batter with some sort of seasoning sprinkled on (almost like salt and pepper wings) but better, next time I would ask for some more seasoning as I enjoy stronger tastes. All in all I would come back again.
The staff are really kind and the food is always tasty. You can’t fault the bubble tea. They were very generous with the portions the most recent time I went, so that’s a plus. Service is a little slow but great place if you’re wanting something fried
Great place for fried chicken lovers , full of flavour and good portions , the chips are well seasoned and the chicken comes with the option to add additional seasonings which are a nice touch . Bubble tea is also very good . This all comes in at a good price for the quality of food and portion size on offer . Please note there isn’t a lot of seating so in busier times it may not be possible to get a table. Service is also fairly quick with good service from members of staff .Highly recommend making a trip here for some amazing Thai fried chicken !
