KFC Dublin

We were offered a bucket which had soggy and cold chicken pieces, when we told the girl at the counter she replaced 3 pieces which were a bit warm but dripping with oil and Said that’s what they have. The wings were completely cold. Thankfully the cold drink was cold.😂 All.my food got wasted, I mentioned the same to Carol, who could not do anything and the manager Ignacio was not even bothered to even look at the customer.
Very bad experience with wastage of money.

Spent nearly €24 on a delivery. Half the food was missing. What was there was cold and overcooked. No one answers the phone and just eat were absolutely no help. Absolutely done with KFC. Oh and there was a bone in the boneless banquet. Nearly choked on it

Decent enough place. Good staff and service. The place was busy but clean. Roof has a bit of damp on it (see pic) which could be dealt with.

I normally like kfc but was Very disappointed to be sold cold soggy chips. Staff seemed more determined in getting us out the door instead of serving us hot food and the portion sizes were small even tho I paid extra for the large size

I was very much upset with the behavior shown by Crina on the counter. We placed the order and while collecting it, my friend told her that he had ordered it to dine in here. So this girl said “okay, u want a tray? Oh I’ll give it. She just gave the tray on the counter to us as if we did not pay for the food”. Later my friend asked for dips so she’s behaved very rudely and did not explain it to him properly that he had to pay.

My friend spoke to her very nicely. Despite of her speaking rudely, he spoke to her very nicely without even saying anything. This girl has expressions on her face as if she hated us.

The staff shouldn’t behave this way as we pay for the food. She didn’t even apologize for it.
