I had wicked bucket last night. Found feather of chicken with one of the piece. It was horrible experience. It was 12am and it was closed that’s why we didn’t go back to complaint.
Whilst the chicken is great, the drive through service has not been good. We have twice ordered 12 pieces of boneless chicken in the past six weeks – one time we received 8 pieces and the other we received 10 pieces. It’s quite disappointing that the onus is now on us to check that we are receiving what we paid for, as it defeats the purpose of drive through.
Very exciting – I got serviettes this time, but just to show consistency they “forgot” the coleslaw.
The scraping-the-bottom-of-the-barrel staff they employ just continue to be useless. But then, looking at past reviews I’m thinking maybe they aren’t useless, but have massive chips on their shoulders and do this stuff deliberately. Maybe what they ‘forget’ to give to customers becomes their lunch or dinner? I mean, who’s to know – clearly the franchise owner or Restaurant Brands don’t give a toss about the store or its customers.

Ordered for delivery and half my order wasnt there. x3 1.5L drinks never showed up. No contact details or name or anything AT ALL for the delivery driver. Tried to call all the numbers they provide and no answers. Worst experience ever. Either they didnt give the driver the items or the driver took them. Either way im left paying alot for things im not getting. Cant even get in touch to get this sorted. Either a refund or re delivery of the items would be nice. Always used the LH kfc as my go too when i feel like it. Generally they are brilliant but recently orders have been incorrect or if ive order a bucket the pieces of chicken have been short by no leas then 4 – annoying.
