We truly love this take-away as it’s always so reliable with standards both the food, and delivery services. Excellent food, although we always seem to choose the egg burger because it’s just such good value and so tasty!! We spent many a while trying to find a good take-away with home delivery to Brown Edge and am very relieved to have found KFS.

Would avoid at all costs 3 times they messed the order up and every time we called up they said they will give us a discount next time we order, then they had the cheek to say we had to drop the food off to the takeaway to pick the new one up even though we lived in smallthorne then turned around and said if we want it delivered we had to pay yet again it wasn’t my fault they messed the order up.

Avoid AT ALL COSTS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I Love the taste of food. We keep ordering the Asian style pizza which is my favourite. But yesterday I ordered chicken biryani and lamb curry which is totally bad and not even consider anymore to order these items. Hopefully they will provide good food in future. Thanks.

TO BE AVOIDED! THE FOOD WAS NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered food and waited an hour for the delivery. After not arriving within the hour I called and was reassured that my order was out for delivery. After a hour and a half had past I called again and was told it would be with me any time now. Again this was not the case. After TWO HOURS! of waiting a called again to tell them to keep the food as I was no longer willing to pay for such terrible service.
For this final call I was talking to a different guy who told me that the food had not yet been processed and he would have the food with me in 5 mins! I declined this offer on the grounds that the previous call operator had lied to me twice claiming that my order was out for delivery and would be with me ‘any time now’.
So basically if I had not have called and cancelled the order I would have never arrived.
