Absolutely disgusting 😤 took nearly 2 hours to come everything was cold kebab was curled up and hard full of grease nachos were bland n im sure the sour cream was off nacho cheese was inedible churros were cold and hard with no sugar and 1 strawberry on the churros I kid u not
Turned up late. Tried to call but goes to voicemail. Chips were cold and rubbery. Burger meat was poor quality. Dessert was ok.
Shocking! Very expensive poor quality bland cold food! Way too long to be delivered. Substituted cake without notification! Horrible! wish I had saved my £50 for a meal out! Won’t be here again, just wished I had read the reviews before ordering. Uber eats need to display the reviews or take places like this off!!
Food is horrendous for the price you pay, very misleading descriptions on menu. Items were missing from my order so tried to phone and they kept declining the call, eventually decided to drive down for the missing items and waited 15 minutes in the shop for 2 portions of chips.
I mean, the name is probably the least u fitting I’ve ever seen, some of the food was okay but after waiting an hour past the revised delivery time (over 2 hours after ordering) anything will taste okay, except the soggy undercook pathetic excuse for a pizza.
Tried to speak to them on the phone and after several attempts I finally got an answer off a guy who seemed very unprofessional claiming my food was on the way after I gave only half of my postcode to then tell me he would chase up with the driver at which point he requested my whole postcode.
If everywhere else is shut and this is your only choice just make toast or go to bed. Worst and most over hyped food service I have ever received.
If you ask them for a refund or some kind of compensation they will tell you to just go through just eat, currently on a queue of 300+ people, my best guess is it’s all their customers for the day.
Avoid like th plague
