Lezzet Shawarma Falafel House

We arrived first time for dinner
Waited about 25 minutes In line to order, the line does move pretty slow, maybe they were short staffed.
The food and portions were great , however I don’t feel you should be charged $2.99 extra for a platter that is already $15.99 for a few pickles, and onion.
It’s very small inside with limited seating space.
I feel the cashier could have been more friendly with a hello , how are you etc?

Another great Shawarma place discovered in Mississauga. I’ve been more than 30 Shawarma places all over GTA but not sure how did I miss this one? I was just passing by and stopped in the plaza to grab something quick, but guess what Lezzet had a long line up and I was like it definitely would be a great Shawarma, I was late but still waited for the order. It took a while but totally worth it. Great taste, flavorful and clean food, good customer service. Highly recommend this place if you are a Shawarma fan.

I checked out this popular spot for some shawarma after everyone on insta was going gaga over it, but it didn’t live up to the hype.

The meat was kind of dry, and they didn’t hold back on the sauce 🌊. It felt like they were trying to cover up the meat’s bland taste with all that sauce. The flavors didn’t blend well, unlike at Yaseen’s, where they’ve got it just right 👌.

Maybe it’s just me, because I’m not a fan of drowning my food in sauce. Some folks might love the extra kick 🌶️. If they toned down the sauce, the shawarma might be on point 🎯. Until then, I’ll stick to my other go-to places ✌️.

They weren’t kidding when they said this was the best shawarma place in Mississauga. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Great customer service and an upbeat vibe that feels like you’re welcomed in someone’s home. Portions are extremely generous with an unbeatable price for this type of quality.

The food is great don’t get me wrong but THE LINE AND WAIT TIMES ARE ATROCIOUSLY TERRIBLE!

Don’t be fooled by the whole “if the line is long, the food must be great!” trope, cause it does NOT apply to this place! The staff is slow and takes their sweet time (3-4 mins for ONE customer), and I had to wait 45 minutes in line yesterday to get my food. Snails should replace the current staff and I’d give this a five star. Just look at the pictures I attached below to see the ridiculousness of the line.

Apart from that, prices are reasonable and the quantity and taste are really good! It’s very flavorful and its not your typical, traditional shawarma joint. They have innovative ideas and their dishes have great fusions of various Mediterranean cuisine. I recommend to come when NO ONE is in line!
