What do McDonald’s visitors reviews this place?
Food was ok. Standard McDonald’s quality.
However, the order machine/kiosks did not print order numbers. Even worse, the washrooms were an absolute filthy disaster. The staff need to do a better job with hygiene checks of the restaurant because the state of the washroom was beyond words
McDonald’s in capital city centre. Screens not working. Recipes from automate order machines does not print so you don’t know what is your order number and screens does not display collection number for some reason. One of the most profitable company in the world can be bother to change/replace the screens.
Absolutely filthy place ,have never seen anything like it ! On top of it the staff was extremely rude ! Shame !
Printer never works in the kiosk, food takes forever, although this is quite a busy McDonald’s so it is expected! plenty of seating space upstairs and great views of O’Connell Street. tables and seats are always quite clean, as are the toilets. Sometimes the bin can be too full though
The workers are good the management bad, forcing employees to fudge the numbers up to look good to the corporate I waited 15 min when my order was marked as pick up on screen and managers have pressured staff to say there is a malfunction on the screen. I called out the manager and he said I was in the wrong. Also, orders with missing, out of time to serve or stone cold being delivered to customers… Turist trap place, avoid.
