One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to service wise. Food is good too. The managers are exceptional and go above and beyond for my toddler and I. I believe one is named Mason, and there is another Filipino man, I didn’t catch his name. Five stars for their attitude and customer service skills. We will be regular customers from now because of them! Thank you.
The price of happy meals has gone up, however the sizes seem to be shrinking significantly. We had McDonalds happy meals a month ago and they were normal. Today we went and this is the new fry size, my kids each had 5-8 fries and were starving immediately after eating. Wow.
Order a plain bagel belt with no egg and extra bacon and extra mayo. If the egg is not on it I do not want the cheese on it either. I just wanted a straight up plain bagel BLT, as my customized order said.
What’s wrong with your pop machine? Coke tastes horrible. Just this location (Valleyview,
Kamloops) has some sort of chemical taste last 2 visits, which were at least a couple months apart (for pop). Does machine maybe need to be cleaned? 😬 I normally love fountain coke. Very disappointed, but didn’t feel like driving back.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese,lettuce and tomatoes. They forgot the shredded lettuce. Went back in and they made up a new burger but this time they forgot the pickles and onions. Not a good day for MacDonalds.
