First things first – went there for dinner. Got my fries. They were cold. I returned them. They replaced them and they apologized (although they actually had no salt). My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was not appetizing at all. The chicken was overcooked and the bun was burnt. As usual, (all McDonald’s) there is so much sauce everything falls apart. All in all a horrible experience for the price that I paid. McDonald’s clean up your act. There were no fish fillets on top of that, which is what my wife went for. Shame shame shame. I had
Awesome play place, the kids had a great time. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were also clean, only complaint is there is only 1 sink in the ladies bathroom and there ended up being a line up to wash hands. There was also no paper towel option. Which is not very inclusive towards people with sensory/sound issues.
Coffee and kids’ meals were typical. Staff seemed friendly and were working hard.

Ordered from door dash and was missing some items, but when I went to the restaurant I received a full refund and a speedy remake of my order. Excellent customer service, fast service, and a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Great work!
I use this place more than three times a week for after-school kids’ snacks.
For convenience, I almost order by kiosk, but the printer on the kiosk often breaks down, so I have to talk to the front desk, and even cancel one case due to duplicate orders and payments. This is already my second time this week.
There may be a customer who needs a receipt, and it is essential to check the order details (number list), which needs to be improved.

The staff smoked outside and went to the kitchen, but they couldn’t check to wash their hands.
I have to say it’s an average experience overall. The food was okay, nothing to write home about, and the service was also just okay. It’s not a standout dining option, but it gets the job done if you’re looking for something quick and convenient.
