McDonald’s

EVERY TIME I order fries they arrive like this, whole meal cold and I have contacted the store many times to complain about this. Like how hard is it to fill the fries, hate to see if i ordered small fries, I’d prob only get one soggy chip. Even when I ring restaurant before delivery to ensure this does not happen, it still happens

I’ve used Uber eats to order from here a couple of times and each time it’s a disappointment.

Not only does it take a ridiculously long time for somewhere that’s only a 6 minute drive away but the food quality is always garbage.

The worst part is every time I order a large chips, it never ever comes full. The chips stop just at the opening line of the box and they’re always insanely greasy, under cooked and always taste stale.

McDonald’s fries are meant to be hot, crispy and fresh.

I’m guessing it must be some sort of in store rule because it’s happened way too many times for it to be a coincidence.

UPDATE:
My partner and I have decide to boycott this McDonald’s for good after this laughable excuse for a large fries arrived tonight. I’ve already contacted McDonald’s customer service in the past who agreed this was not good quality.

Went in today with my partner and one of the staff members (didnt catch a name, but had a buzzcut and was on a cleaning shift) was so insanely rude to us.

At first we were just trying to find a place to sit and he turned to us and went “uhm. excuse me?” with an unnecessary attitude, so we moved aside and sat down.

Later on we had asked him if there was a code for the bathroom and he was so rude to us and went “our doors dont have a code… thats only in the city centre we dont do that down here” just because my partner has an city centre accent. His tone was so rude and it was completely unnecessary.

It does not matter how hard of a shift youre having or how bad your day is, there is NO excuse to be so rude to customers. My partner was very upset and embarrassed due to his behaviour.

Wont be coming here again, as we both know now that we cant ask simple questions to staff without being treated horribly.

A pretty grim example. Grubby and dated interior – it’s like a throwback to the 1980s but not in a good way. Toilets smelly and stuffy. Staff were very nice though and food (if you can call it that) was ok.

Food was as you would expect and service was fine. Only complaints would be that the music was outdated and my McFlurry took some time to be prepared.
