Evening staff always very helpful/attentive… I’d like to said thank you so much, in specific the men Brazilian Gabriel very friendly and the girl Indian cashier! They are very friendly!

Had to edit my review since it got flagged for some reason. Anyway, to keep the story short. We ordered several times from this McDonald’s in Swan Center Rathmines, and every time something is missing or we receive someone else’s order. Not to mentionthe state the food arrives. We tried to call and also asked for the manager who was very rude on the phone and hung up on me in the middle of conversation. I actually went with this further and sent an email to McDonald’s corporate with photo evidence such as this I posted here where two meals came half done. Obviously, we don’t order anymore from this McDonald’s as we see from the reviews, nothing has changed. I am very disappointed with the service and food quality. I hope McDonald’s will send someone to inspect this place very soon because I’m sure the way this place operates is not in their interest.

One of the worst Mc Donald’s in Dublin. Whatever you will order and no matters how many people are queuing, you always wait ages to get your food. Today for a simple burger and coffee I wanted 20 minutes from the moment I paid. This time at least they disintegrated mess up such a basic order, however it’s common something is missing or wrong when you pick up your order. And don’t try to complain, worst management ever, they even scream at you. No matter what time you stop by here, it’s always the same. Not sure if it’s the staff disorganisation, the poor management, the bad behaviours of people or the unapologetic kids off school, it’s such a chaotic mess in this branch.
