Clean, nice and it’s a good spot for road trip people!!

My dad ordered a lettuce wrapped burger in the drive thru and this is what he got.

McDonald’s is a great place to sit down and have some food with family! or you can choose the option to go through the drive through! either way this McDonald’s has great service and great food!

I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s, I’ve tried to have my patience as I understand it’s fast food and you can’t expect much but my previous order was a junior chicken and they forgot to put the chicken in the burger, so I received 2 buns with mayo and lettuce. Today I ordered 2 medium hot chocolates which came without chocolate… so just hot milk. The female manager I talked to when I called told me she made the hot chocolate and I was wrong. I’ve also gone through the drive through and the lady working at the window was on her personal phone during our interaction another day. Something needs to happen here because this is frustrating.

Poor customer service, female drive thru employee was exceptionally rude. No total was given on screen when I placed my order. I pulled up to the window where the employee already had the machine out the window. She didn’t give me a price so I asked. I had to count the money before handing it over. Mid counting, the Employee said …(2times)” are you going to pay?! We’re being timed here!!” and rolled her eyes. She was very rude and pushy. I said to her if she had given me price before, I would have been ready. No one else was in the line up. She huffed and puffed. I asked for another item and she rudely snarked at me.
I brought this to the managers attention. He was polite, professional and apologetic. The female employee glared at me the whole conversation like she was ready to jump out the window at me.

The food was cold and the iced coffee was hot. I did not get the receipt which I had asked for either.
