Horrible service. Staff ignored people. Waited over 50 minutes for my food and didn’t even get a receipt with a number. People were asking for refunds. I got the breakfast menu items. Porridge (which had no maple syrup or spoon. It looked incredibly dry). I got the double bacon egg McMuffin and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I got my sausage McMuffin and porridge. The food was not worth the wait as I was late to an event I was going to. Lastly, my mango smoothie was nice, it was also almost half empty when I got it. I added my transaction to show how long it took to get my food.
I stopped by many times in the morning before work. They are the ones who work around the clock in this area. the staff is always friendly even if you haven’t bought anything.
Absolutely waste of time. Wait for order over 25 minutes. After order received it was wrong 😕, trey with napkins empty as well as sugar and other stuff. Staff looks like have absolutely no f… given attitude.
My worst experience in Dublin with that kind of restaurant. Unfortunately even toilets was filthy 🤢. Avoid them.

More than 15 people in the kitchen bun no staf for serving food.
Missing food in all orders, I observed till I have my one and of course not surprised with.
Manager busy with taking sorry and the queue to complain was longer than that with orders…than means you need to wait you wrong order then you need to wait to complain then after about 40min with all this variety of emotions you need to enjoy 🙂
My order was 61 but it was from different orders…(62, 74)
NO HOT CHOCOLATE 🤔

At first my intention was to get a drive thru. The que was very long so decided to go inside. The place was packed and I would normally turn back but my daughter wanted to stay. I’m glad we did as I cannot commend the staff enough on how well they dealt with the what seemed like chaos to me. I also expected the food to be a bit off but it was all hot and fresh. A big shout out to the staff here.
