I’ve eaten an incredibly large amount of McDonalds in my life and in multiple continents. Firstly the Pros: the guy that served Addi was awesome and super friendly. The food was made correctly and it was warm. There was also plenty of parking. The Cons: the wait time. I was the only customer in the restaurant and once I paid I had to wait 10 minutes for a big Mac combo. Meanwhile the drivethru was pushing people through like a sausage machine. The dining room had more flies than I’ve seen in different parts of Africa and the dining room was not very clean. If this location can’t serve 1 the dine in customer in the time they served 6 cars, maybe they should make this a drive thru only location.
Picked up a meal to take out. when I got home and opened the bag with the fries and looked closer at the Sundae I was a bit shocked. I got half a Sundae and a half an order of fries. One star for the service since someone it was a person not the resturant that did this.
I went through the drive thru placed my order, the last thing I ordered was a mango smoothie. They said anything else and I asked if they got the smoothie, I was told yes. I got to the window got all of my items and paid. Then let them know I’m just waiting on my mango smoothie that’s when they told me I didn’t order one and that they were out of the mango, I told them I doubled check with the person that took my order and they told me yes. I had to pay for the smoothie again, they told me very rudly if I want the smoothie yes I have to pay for it again. . And then had to go back inside as they also forgot my big mac sauce. I got a strawberry banana smoothie.
The openers at 5 am have un-gloved bandaids on their hands that looked wet and it came in contact with the part of my coffee lid that I’m supposed to drink out of. I just threw it out around the corner rather than being rude and saying put a glove on. Just please do better. Wonder if PMed has any say as it’s on DND property…
Dirtiest McDonald I have seen so far. Very disorganized staff. I used the self checkout, along with another family. First off, one was broken. Second, none of them have paper for receipt. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed that my order was just sitting on the side, ready, for almost 10 mins. Seems that all staff decided to ignore it and prioritize the drive through. I purchased a Bootle of water but since they were none available, they served me tap water into a McDonald’s papercup. For 3$. 3$ for a tap water in a papercup. When I finally received my order, after being on the counter for 10 mins, everything was of course, cold. Food was good, as expected from McDonald’s standard. When it was time to get rid of the tray, of course all garbages were overfilled and they were absolutely no where to leave it. Oh I also forgot: they were no toilet paper in the female washrooms. I understand that McDonald’s is a franchise however the HQ should go for regular visits to ensure quality/control so everything is the same across the board. Unfortunately, I will never set foot in that McDonald’s again
