McDonald’s

I ordered a medium grilled chicken wrap meal with coke zero, i got rubbery cold chicken in the wrap, half filled chips and non fizzy drink, and the staff and manager were very rude. Then when I ordered Apple Pie then the pie was cold soggy and dark brown in color That’s terrible food safety and hygiene. I have both the order numbers to prove the incident. I have never seen such bad service from any other McDonald’s branch ever.

Building is not fit for purpose – accessible toilets/baby change on ground floor closed, so I had to carry two small children up to the third floor (where the toilets are accessed by a code on the receipt…that staff had taken off me when I collected my food). Toilets weren’t clean. Crowds not well managed. Food was cold and I wasn’t offered a tray. Tables hadn’t been wiped down. Everything felt in need of updating and a deep clean.

Not sure of the name of the employee, but he had blonde hair, he was very kind, reassuring and comforting to a family with a son who appeared to have a condition. He offered to turn the music down and replace the drink that he didn’t like! Overall just being a great person!

Burger dry and I ordered extra onions ketchup and pickles and got a dry nasty patty on a bun. Spicy chicken had almost no lettuce or mayo, chicken wrap grilled chicken was hard. I’m not sure how you can mess up an entire order but they did. Husband’s Big Mac supposed to have extra sauce, pickles but also dry and not even normal amount of toppings. Never again

Nathan was a one of a kind customer service who helped sort my issue. The absolute example of perfect customer service. He has exhibited more professionalism than his shift manager has the entire time I’ve came to this store.
