McDonald’s

This was the first time we visited here. Since it has been renovated. There is less seats than beforehand. When we were looking for a seat a whole seating area had been left in a mess further limiting where we could sit. I don’t know how long that mess had been there but there was no sign of any staff members coming to clean it up. We found seats and it a staff member came to clean the messy area about 10 minutes later. Whilst we were ordering our food another customer came into the counter as she was after having issues with an order she placed in the drive thru. We has ordered mayonnaise with our food which did not come with it.

I ordered my food from the kiosk. I then realised that the other people waiting were from their cars waiting on food from 40 minutes ago. There was no staff on the floor or at the till. One girl came out of the kitchen and laughed while people asked how much longer. She walked back to the kitchen never to be seen again. Another girl then arrived 10 minutes later to hand out food to a customers to then be told it was wrong. I eventually got my food long after. This is one of many bad experiences I have had from here. The staff are young and don’t care. This McDonald’s was far more efficient before the renovation. Far less seating and double drive thru doesn’t work. Whoever designed this place should think of doing a different job. This place has gone downhill.

I don’t usually write reviews but this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to since the renovation. The entire place is disorganised, with slow service and untrained cashiers who ignore costumers standing right in front of them. They gave us the wrong wrap and, while waiting for our order, multiple people came forward with incorrect orders too. They put down no dips on the receipt, when the cashier specifically asked about dips and we said ketchup. The whole process took over 20 minutes. We also ordered a separate triple cheese burger and we waited another 15 minutes before giving up. The receipt machine was then broken and so we had no receipt either. Luckily, we were able to get full refund. My previous experiences were similar, with incorrect orders and/or food missing. Keep in mind this used to be a good McDonald’s before the renovation, so I’m assuming there was a change of owners? Overall, my experiences here have been highly unsatisfying, and I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s.

Seating very bad . Not a lot of seats . They need to take a look at the way it’s arranged. You could fit in a lot more seats if you took that big round seat out . Otherwise good

Place was filthy had to use baby wipes to clean the tablet on the table. They were all dirty at every table.
