What do McDonald’s visitors reviews this place?
Called in here for the first time on a long drive for breakfast on Saturday April 6th. Place was empty at 8.30am and looked closed. But it was open and we ordered breakfast and sat down. The single staff member then approached us and said there was a boil water notice in effect and we couldn’t have lattes and she she didn’t know how we were able to order them as she had them disabled on menu. (She didn’t as we could order them) She then offered bottled drinks. I asked is there any coffee at all? She said yes Americano so we got we of them instead, grand. I got my egg McMuffen which was actually a sausage one and when I went to the toilet there was no running water due to boil water notice?? Hand sanitiser only in the corridor outside. I’ve never seen that anywhere that you can’t wash your hands due to boil water notice but anyway, we set off on the rest of our journey not feeling entirely clean but there you go.
More than 30 minutes passed from order to receipt. My friends ordered at the same time and received it after 10 minutes. My order was ready but they didn’t want to give it even though I asked the manager, she said it would take another 2 minutes. The entire order was cold. I do not recommend
It was a good experience although it wasn’t very clean. Very busy service was average in terms of time to get her free. They were not very flexible on the special order I made. I didn’t get to try the plant with the very good burger. I was surprised that they had peaches and it was good as well. I made my own big Mac with two big plant patties but it cost me €14 because they would not let me just add the burgers. The vegan wrap was delicious as well as the vegan sandwich
service has deteriorated since new owners took over. : (
you can be left at drive thru for up to 10mins for someone to speak at 1st station for ordering. food orders can be wrong. check order before you drive away. sometimes they are of stock for some items! minimal staff on early mornings. one person taking order and then going up to other window to deliver it to customer ! gone downhill a lot! had better service elsewhere

Was having trouble using the kiosks and asked a member of staff named Ben for help and he was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions and he was so polite made my experience 100x better and food was lovely and fresh
